We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director Marketing to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As the head of our marketing department you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity driving growth and leading innovative marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team fostering creativity and excellence
Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Direct market research efforts to identify new opportunities and consumer insights
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies
Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI making data-driven decisions
Stay abreast of industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Present marketing plans and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
Cultivate relationships with key partners agencies and media outlets

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
10 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
Proficiency in digital marketing including social media and content marketing
Experience with market research methodologies and data analysis
Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with UAE market trends and consumer behavior (preferred)
Professional marketing certifications (e.g. CIM AMA) are a plus
Industry-specific knowledge relevant to our companys sector
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
