We are currently working with a global leader in the consumer goods industry to recruit a Marketing Director based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This strategic leadership role is responsible for building and executing the end-to-end marketing strategy across multiple categories and brands. The position will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth market share consumer engagement and regional innovation in a highly competitive landscape.
What Youll be Doing
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies across the full portfolio of brands in Saudi Arabia.
- Partner closely with global and regional teams to localise global brand platforms and campaigns while maintaining consistency and effectiveness.
- Drive performance marketing media planning and ROI-led decision making to ensure marketing investments directly support commercial outcomes.
- Oversee brand communications ATL/BTL activation consumer promotions digital campaigns and in-store marketing execution.
- Champion innovation and new product launches collaborating cross-functionally with sales supply chain insights and R&D teams.
- Leverage deep consumer insights to shape brand positioning and enhance relevance within the Saudi market.
- Manage and coach a high-performing marketing team fostering a culture of excellence agility and continuous development.
Who You Are
- 10 years of FMCG marketing experience with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market consumer trends and retail environment.
- Expertise in digital and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Collaborative leader with experience in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Saudi national preferred
