Role Purpose

  • Why this role matters:
    As a Content Manager you will play a key role in bridging creative storytelling with strategic communication. Your contributions will help shape how Beyond ONE connects authentically with Arabic-speaking and international audiences. By elevating the brand voice across platforms your work directly influences marketing impact customer perception and growth in the competitive Dubai and MENA markets.

    In your first year you will:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive Arabic and bilingual content strategy aligned with brand goals.
    • Deliver high-impact campaigns and content that boost audience engagement and digital performance.
    • Partner closely with creative marketing and product teams to deliver polished on-brand copy while building streamlined workflows and standards.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Craft compelling clear and culturally relevant content in Arabic and English across digital campaigns social media websites print and internal communications.
  • Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines to ensure cohesive and regionally tailored messaging across the MENA region.
  • Collaborate with marketing creative digital and product teams to ideate and execute innovative storytelling concepts aligned with business objectives.
  • Edit and proofread all content to uphold linguistic accuracy and brand standards.
  • Conduct market and audience research to refine messaging for target segments and stay up to date on cultural and competitive trends.
  • Lead content initiatives from concept to completion managing timelines approvals and cross-functional inputs to meet strategic goals.
  • Mentor junior writers and collaborate with external agencies to uphold quality and consistency across all content projects.
  • Oversee editorial planning and contribute to content calendars ensuring a steady stream of relevant impactful content across platforms.

Qualifications & Attributes

Were seeking someone who embodies the following:

  • Education:
    Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Journalism Advertising Arabic Language English Language or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Creative Writing Content Strategy Digital Marketing or Media Studies are a plus.
  • Experience:
    57 years of professional copywriting experience ideally in agencies corporate marketing teams or media environments. Experience in the MENA region or in Arabic content creation is highly preferred along with a strong grasp of cultural and linguistic nuances. Domain expertise in branding digital marketing social media and multilingual campaigns is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills:
    Must-haves:
  • Excellent Arabic and English writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g. WordPress Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.
  • Experience using collaboration tools like Trello Asana or Jira.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator).
  • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Unique Attributes:
    Thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments with multiple projects on the go.
    Possesses strong creative thinking and an ability to adapt writing styles across formats and audiences.
    Translates complex ideas into clear culturally resonant narratives.
    Works collaboratively and cross-functionally with product design brand and leadership while maintaining high personal standards of quality.
    Self-motivated organized and responsive to feedback with a continuous improvement mindset
