Job Description
To manage shipping and customs documentation processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare review and process shipping documents including Bills of Lading packing lists invoices and Certificates of Origin.
- Coordinate with customs brokers freight forwarders shipping lines and clients for documentation needs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE port systems and customs regulations.
- Maintain organized records of shipping and customs documents.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales operations warehouse) for data collection and document preparation.
- Track shipment status and update stakeholders.
- Support in resolving documentation issues or delays.
- Assist in improving documentation workflows and compliance processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of documentation or administrative experience (preferably in logistics/shipping).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
