Our client is a leading financial services organization known for its commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions. They are seeking to hire an Assistant Manager Product Development to based in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging market trends.
- Support the development of new financial products including preparing product briefs feature specifications and concept notes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal Finance Sharia Operations) to gather inputs and ensure smooth product development processes.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on product performance and pipeline updates.
- Collect data for pricing benchmarks and support the preparation of pricing proposals.
- Ensure compliance documentation is completed in line with internal processes.
- Track project timelines and tasks maintaining clear documentation and reports.
- Assist in testing and rolling out new products ensuring feedback loops are captured.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the product development team including organizing meetings and tracking action items.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field.
- 2 3 years of experience in financial product development for retail banking customers.
- Exposure to banking insurance or investment products is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities.
