Key Responsibilities:
Inspection and Testing:
Regularly inspect and test fire safety equipment including fire alarms sprinkler systems extinguishers and other related components to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning lubricating and adjusting equipment as well as repairing or replacing faulty parts including pipes valves and detection devices.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve issues with fire alarm systems sprinkler systems and other fire suppression equipment using technical knowledge and diagnostic tools.
Compliance:
