الوصف الوظيفي

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our software company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software sales and business development with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities cultivating relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our software products and services.
  • Identify and prioritize target market segments industries and key accounts based on market research competitive analysis and company objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients including C-level executives decision-makers and influencers to understand their business needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing product management and customer success to develop compelling value propositions sales collateral and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline forecast sales opportunities accurately and provide regular updates on sales performance and progress against targets.
  • Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to represent the company generate leads and build brand awareness in the market.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends customer needs and product gaps and provide feedback to inform product roadmap and development priorities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Computer Science or related field. Masters degree is a plus.


Additional Information :

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales business development or related roles with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Abilities

  • Deep understanding of the software industry including software products services and technologies and familiarity with software development methodologies and trends.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships with potential clients partners and industry influencers in the software industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset with a passion for driving value for customers and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Microsoft Office Suite and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients attend industry events and support sales activities.
