We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Accounts Director to lead our accounting function and play a key role in financial strategy compliance and performance management. This role demands deep financial acumen strategic thinking and leadership capabilities to manage and guide our finance team while ensuring regulatory adherence and financial health.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the endtoend accounting operations financial reporting budgeting and forecasting.

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.

Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals.

Manage audits tax planning and financial risk assessment.

Collaborate with senior management to support strategic decisionmaking with financial insights.

Maintain strong relationships with auditors regulators and banking partners.

Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (Masters degree or MBA is a plus).

CPA ACCA CA or equivalent professional certification is required.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the financial services sector.

Strong understanding of financial regulations compliance standards and reporting frameworks (IFRS/GAAP).

Proven track record in team leadership process improvement and strategic financial planning.

Excellent communication analytical and interpersonal skill
