The Admission & Registration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the admissions and registration office in the Dubai branch. This role ensures that all activities are aligned with UAE educational regulatory standards (KHDA/MOE) and internal academic policies from Admission & Registration Department in KSA. The supervisor will lead a small team monitor performance and ensure a smooth student journey from application to graduation.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Operations:
- Lead and supervise admission and registration staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in student services.
- Ensure compliance with local UAE laws (KHDA/MOE) and institutional requirements from KSA.
- Maintain audit and improve operational processes in student admission registration and academic recordkeeping.
Admissions Management:
- Oversee the application process including document verification eligibility evaluation and student onboarding.
- Coordinate equivalency requirements and liaise with KHDA/MOE regarding approvals or exemptions.
- Monitor and report on admission targets and trends to the corporate office.
Registration & Academic Records:
- Supervise course registration add/drop periods and withdrawals in line with the academic calendar.
- Maintain and secure academic records transcripts and graduation requirements.
- Work with academic departments to ensure accurate course offerings and registration options.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure institutional compliance with all regulatory requirements in Dubai.
- Generate and analyze data reports for enrollment registration retention and student success.
- Support KHDA/MOE audits and inspections.
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the Dubai branch and the KSA headquarters for all student affairs and academic operations.
- Collaborate with finance academic and IT departments to streamline student services.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex student issues related to admission or registration.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Education Administration or a related field (Master s preferred).
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in higher education administration with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with UAE education regulations KHDA/MOE processes and equivalency procedures.
- Experience in medical education or health sciences institutions is a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Strong leadership team management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Student Information Systems (e.g. Banner PowerCampus etc.).
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred.
Additional Information:
- Must be legally eligible for employment and visa sponsorship in the UAE.
- Reports to and aligns operations with the corporate office in KSA.
- May require travel to the KSA campus occasionally.
