Role Summary
We are seeking a highperforming Arabicspeaking Business Development Manager with a strong track record in enterprise software sales specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate is a hunter who thrives in a fastpaced environment demonstrates disciplined execution and consistently meets or exceeds quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify qualify and close new business opportunities for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP HCM SCM) in the Middle East market.
- Drive endtoend sales cycle: prospecting client meetings solution selling proposal development pricing negotiation and closing.
- Build and manage strong longterm relationships with Clevel stakeholders in target accounts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and position Oracle Fusion as a valuedriven solution.
- Collaborate with presales solution architects and delivery teams to tailor solutions that address customer pain points.
- Stay updated on Oracles latest offerings and industry trends to ensure compelling product positioning.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts pipeline updates and regular progress reports to VP Sales.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 510 years of hunting sales experience in enterprise applications (Oracle SAP Microsoft
- Dynamics or similar).
- Strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud sales (ERP/HCM/SCM preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving quarteronquarter targets.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) mandatory.
- Excellent communication negotiation and executive presentation skills.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience selling into government banking or enterprise verticals in the GCC.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud commercial models and licensing.
- Selfmotivated proactive and highly disciplined in CRM and pipeline management.
