We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead our team elevate guest experiences and drive the success of our spa operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily spa operations ensuring smooth delivery of treatments and services.
- Manage and inspire a team of therapists receptionists and attendants.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and continuously improve service standards.
- Oversee budgeting inventory and revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and brand standards.
- Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to maximize bookings and retail sales.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Background in wellness hospitality or physiotherapy is a plus.
- Knowledge of spa software systems and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for guest experience.
