You will work with an awardwinning popular Hotel group and play an integral role as Sales Manager.
Job Description:
- Drive revenue by actively selling event spaces guest rooms and F&B offerings.
- Grow the G&C incentive corporate and exhibition group segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel unit management key clients and stakeholders.
- Design and implement sales strategies for MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences and Exhibitions) segments.
- Participate in department budgeting forecasting and planning.
- Liaise with government bodies and local authorities when required.
- Set sales targets for the hotel and develop plans to achieve them.
- Leverage local and international market contacts to generate business opportunities.
- Host and conduct site inspections and client visits.
- Prepare compelling proposals quotes and tailored packages for clients.
- Coordinate and stage client functions and events ensuring exceptional postevent followup.
- Promptly follow up on all outstanding proposals RFPs sales leads and billing issues.
- Utilize systems such as Micros FMC Opera and other hotelrelated platforms.
- Analyze client and market data to generate actionable business insights.
- Attend networking events host client functions and conduct external sales calls.
- Monitor and engage with social media platforms for client interaction and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B Director on menu creation and pricing
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in a 4 or 5star hotel environment in the region
- Relevant qualification in Sales / Marketing
- Strong background in Sales Events or Hotel Management
- Driven targetfocused and selfmotivated
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Local and international market knowledge is a big plus
- Familiar with PMS systems
- Valid drivers license
