About the Role

We are looking for a datadriven resultsoriented Senior Performance Specialist to lead
and execute crossplatform performance campaigns. You will be responsible for
managing endtoend paid media strategies across key platforms including Google
Facebook TikTok Snapchat LinkedIn and X.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset technical expertise and leadership
experience in managing a team while optimizing campaigns for business outcomes. You
will be expected to confidently discuss technical implementations provide strategic
guidance to clients and deliver databacked insights in external meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop manage and optimize performance campaigns across multiple digital
    channels ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Own budget responsibility for accounts including margin management
    forecasting and optimization to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Leverage data insights to drive strategic decisionmaking ensuring campaigns
    deliver on KPIs.
  • Implement and optimize crossplatform campaigns with a deep understanding of
    platform algorithms and auction dynamics.
  • Utilize contextual and audience segmentation creative testing and automation
    strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive campaign success.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends platform updates and emerging technologies to
    maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide indepth performance reporting including actionable insights and
    recommendations for scaling initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 510 specialists fostering growth knowledge
    sharing and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Communicate effectively in external client meetings confidently discuss technical
    implementations and provide datadriven insights into campaign performance.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of attribution modeling tracking and analytics to measure
    crosschannel performance accurately.
  • Nice to have. Experience with mobile measurement solutions tracking solutions
    and attribution methodologies including SDK implementation and Mobile
    Measurement Partner (MMP) integrations (e.g. Adjust Appsflyer) across
    platforms.
  • Familiarity with thirdparty tools and APIs for automation reporting and audience
    insights.

Requirements

  • 5 years of handson experience managing performance campaigns across
    Google Facebook TikTok Snapchat LinkedIn and X.
  • Proven experience leading a team 510 members) in a performance marketing
    environment fostering collaboration and ensuring knowledgesharing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and decision
    making.
  • Experience managing largescale budgets and optimizing for margin efficiency.
  • Expertise in A/B testing creative optimization and audience targeting.
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (Italian & English).
  • A proactive problemsolving mindset with a passion for performance marketing.
