Join us to shape the Luxury of tomorrow with us.We are looking for a strategic leader to design and implement the regional communication strategy Enhancing Kerings brand image and its Houses identities across the MEA region. This role demands a deep knowledge of the luxury market exceptional storytelling skills and a forwardthinking mindset to manage external and internal communications public relations and brand standing initiatives effectively.
The primary objective is to solidify Kerings position as a leading global luxury group with strong relevance and impact in the MEA region. This includes establishing clear positioning and a robust reputation for Kering particularly in the areas of sustainability womens empowerment and the promotion of women in art and culture while addressing the unique needs of emerging markets within the region.
The Communication Director will collaborate closely with Kerings Headquarters Communication & Image department to align on strategies and develop localized plans to enhance brand awareness and visibility. Key focus areas include:
Values and CSR Commitments: Amplify Kerings sustainability initiatives and social responsibility efforts.
Identity and MEA Representation: Strengthen Kerings presence by reflecting the diversity and cultural richness of the region.
Unified Image Strategy: Ensure cohesive messaging and representation of Kering and its Houses across all channels.
Job Description
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated ability to craft and maintain a strong and consistent brand image through impactful messaging and presence.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication abilities to effectively engage diverse stakeholders and audiences.
- Strong background in digital communication strategies and written content creation ensuring alignment with the brands tone and values.
- Proven ability to build nurture and sustain successful relationships with media partners and stakeholders in the luxury corporate and fashion sectors.
- Experience in engaging directly with corporate audiences to amplify brand presence and foster connections.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while delivering highquality results within established timelines.
- Skilled in influencing outcomes and driving initiatives without formal authority ensuring alignment and buyin across the organization.
- Capability to understand and work effectively within a complex organizational structure balancing global and regional priorities.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels with excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Highly selfdriven and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and initiative to deliver impactful results.
- Extensive network of media contacts within the corporate fashion and luxury sectors across the MEA region with proven expertise in leveraging these relationships.
