Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer politely and forward incoming phone calls
- Make sure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Requirement:
- Should have prior experience in inbound calls handling
- Excellent communication skills and a robust telephone manner
- Proven track record in a rush and busy environment.
- Should have a pleasing personality
