• Handle the reception. (Taking calls, diverting it to the concerned, releasing cheques to vendors on concerned days , receiving packages, accepting visitors and leading them to the appointed meeting rooms, etc
• File documents, circulars, memo, and all necessary papers needed within reception area
• Assist in the process of Onboarding formalities for the new joiners
• Assist HR Team with admin tasks (Admin & Payroll) along with other basic HR Related daily tasks
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Eastern European, Nepali, and Sri Lankan nationals
• 35 years old and below
• At least 2 years of related experience
