- Commis III Ernst br We are currently looking for Commis III Ernst to join the pre-opening tribe of 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central br COME AS YOU ARE AND ROCK OUR KITCHEN br What is in it for you br Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide br Learning programs through our Academies br Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world br Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities like Planet 21 br What you will be doing br You ll recognise good quality products and presentation br You ll assist the Chef de Partie amp Demi Chef in the production of the mise-en-place for the elaboration of all menus according to standard recipes br You ll attend meetings and training sessions organized by the Hotel management for the position br You ll achieve high quality production all over cost control br You ll manage time effectively by meeting deadlines on time br You ll assist the Chef de Partie in the production and distribution of food items according to requirement br You ll follow the technical guidelines and preparation processes to the letter avoiding all waste br You ll manages inventories and orders for food products adapting stocks to variations in consumption br You ll manage kitchen equipment br Your experience and skills include br You ve gained experience of management in a kitchen and can speak English fluently br You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests On top of this you re hungry for new food concepts and love eclectic cuisine br You re passionate about live cooking and international cuisine and are renowned for your organisational skills in the kitchen br You re a doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes you openly admit it br You re not just bringing your abilities but also your character br br
