Cluster Sales Executive, MICE

What you will be doing:
• Solicit group, transient and/or banquet business, and reach consistent achievement of sales objectives
• Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices and seal contracts
• Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events
• Determine Group Rates based on evaluation with the support of the DORM
• Regular follow-ups to ensure highest possible comversion
• Site inspections and entertainments to show case the properties
• Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual sales reports such as production reports, lead status reports, personal month end reports etc.
• Constant interaction with the Global Sales Office to ensure highest level of product knowledge for global KAM
• Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details
Your experience and skills include:
• Relevant sales experience in a luxury hotel segment is a must
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Understanding of MICE operations
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
