The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. This role involves managing a highperforming sales team driving revenue growth and fostering relationships with highnetworth clients investors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and mentor the sales team ensuring high performance and motivation.

Requirements:
