We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Al Ain United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet quality standards timelines and budget constraints.
- Lead and manage multiple largescale projects simultaneously ensuring successful delivery within scope time and budget
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including resource allocation risk management and quality control measures
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and clients to define project objectives requirements and deliverables
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to senior management and key stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
- Manage project budgets including forecasting cost control and financial reporting
- Mentor and guide junior project team members fostering their professional development
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
- Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and partners
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management preferably in the built environment or construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing largescale complex projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Primavera or similar)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a detailoriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions under pressure
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Professional accreditation (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 or similar) is highly desirable
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
