Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for all factory equipment and facilities.
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure timely and effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Evaluate and procure tools equipment and spare parts necessary for maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess equipment performance and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with production and planning teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities equipment history and performance metrics.
- Implement initiatives to reduce downtime enhance efficiency and extend the lifecycle of equipment.
- Provide training and mentorship to the maintenance team to develop their technical expertise.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B. Tech).
- 8 years of experience in maintenance management preferably in the construction or precast manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and automation systems used in construction factories.
- Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
- Familiarity with health safety and environmental regulations.
