We are Seagull Technologies, an Online Gaming Management Company that oversees multiple gaming platforms where players can enjoy a wide range of games.
As a telesales agent, your main job will be to assist players who face issues with depositing or withdrawing money on our platform. You will be there to help resolve any concerns they may have with their transactions, ensuring a smooth experience for them. Additionally, you will inform players about any bonuses they can receive when they make a deposit, encouraging them to take advantage of these offers.
Your role also involves motivating players to continue playing on our platform. You will explain the exciting features, bonuses, and benefits of staying engaged with the games.
Please note, calls will be automatically generated by the system, so you won’t have to worry about dialing numbers. You will simply need to focus on providing excellent support and guidance to the players.

Requirements-
- The candidate must be good in English and Fluent in Hindi Language.
- Computer knowledge is must.
- Freshers who are enthusiastic about sales are also welcomed.
