This role involves generating leads closing sales and building strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth in the telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target SMB customers for telecom services through doortodoor sales.
Present and promote telecom products and services in selling GSM connections (Postpaid Fiber and Business On).
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features benefits and pricing to potential customers.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
Prospect new business opportunities and maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients.
Follow up with leads schedule appointments and conduct facetoface meetings.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress and update customer information.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Provide aftersales support handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on telecom industry trends competitive offerings and market conditions.
Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams including marketing customer service and technical support.
Prepare and submit sales reports forecasts and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales. Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On). Valid driver s license and willingness to travel frequently Key Skills and Competencies: Proven track record in outdoor sales (B2B experience preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
