Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi UAE to hire an Assistant HR Manager to oversee HR operations in the UAE and support the Saudi Arabia branch. This regional role requires a resultsdriven HR professional who can operate in a fastpaced environment ensuring compliance optimizing HR functions and traveling on short notice as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations in the UAE and provide strategic support to the Saudi branch.
Ensure compliance with UAE and KSA labor laws and healthcare regulations.
Manage recruitment onboarding and performance management to drive efficiency.
Handle employee relations resolve grievances and foster a strong work culture.
Supervise payroll compensation and benefits administration.
Implement training & development programs aligned with business objectives.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and engagement strategies.
Travel as required to oversee HR activities across the region.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of senior HR experience in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE & KSA labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and digitally fluid.
Exceptional leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
Experience with HR analytics and datadriven decisionmaking.
Ability to travel on short notice and adapt to a fastgrowing environment
