We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize multichannel digital advertising campaigns across Meta Google Ads Bing LinkedIn TikTok and other platforms. This role requires a datadriven analytical thinker who can execute performance marketing strategies refine targeting and scale ad spend efficiently while ensuring costperlead optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Launch monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns for multiple brands ensuring they run without errors or budget issues.
- Maintain a healthy CPL (CostPerLead) and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
- Detect and mitigate creative fatigue audience saturation and performance fluctuations.
- Run A/B testing to enhance ad performance without disrupting existing campaigns.
Strategy & Execution
- Conduct market and competitor research to propose new campaign strategies.
- Work with the creative and tech teams to build landing pages ad creatives and marketing assets.
- Prepare campaign briefs obtain budget approvals and ensure seamless execution.
- Research and test new advertising channels and experimental ad formats.
Tracking & Analytics
- Implement and audit tracking pixels conversion APIs and retargeting strategies.
- Ensure Google Analytics Hotjar and other tracking tools provide accurate insights into the customer journey.
- Monitor search rankings keyword performance and Google Ads placements.
- Generate performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
Remarketing & Funnel Optimization
- Oversee remarketing and retargeting campaigns across platforms (Meta Google Display YouTube).
- Ensure users who engage with ads are effectively nurtured through the funnel.
- Identify bottlenecks in the lead conversion process and collaborate with sales teams to optimize workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Advertising or a related field.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads Meta Ads and other paid media platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO PPC tracking tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience with performance tracking conversion rate optimization and retargeting.
- Knowledge of API integrations and AIpowered marketing tools (a plus).
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
