Job Objective:
Provide organizational and administrative support to the team to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the processes.
Responsibilities:
- Strong command of spoken and written English language is mandatory
- Must have marketing experience
- Raise iProcs/LPOs; provide support to budget management under close supervision
- Liaise with agencies in regard to invoicing and budget
- Help facilitate travel request forms for the team for trips and inward missions and ensure all correct protocols are followed by the team and procurement
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure direct agreements contracts and payments are handled well and in time
- Coordinate and follow up with procurement to arrange LPOs to suppliers
- Coordinate internal staff trainings and lists that are required as per the management
- Facilitate and align reporting for DGRs when required
- Manage the AVP calendar and assist in day to day administrative operations
- Manage agency and stakeholder contact lists
- Support in planning and logistics for individuals and events
- Monitor project management system and ensure compliance with the timelines
