Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a wellestablished insurance provider in Dubai UAE. Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage administrative tasks support daily operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records documents and reports.
Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence emails and phone calls professionally.
Assist in procurement vendor management and inventory control.
Support HR functions including onboarding and employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Problemsolving mindset and ability to work independently
