The role involves analyzing talabats business performance preparing datadriven insights for senior management conducting indepth market analyses to unlock topline and bottomline opportunities leading special projects and ensuring talabat is on track to hit PnL targets.
Whats On Your Plate
This role will help drive strategic projects and generate insights for the business. The individual will be working very closely with senior management and be responsible for four main scopes:
Reporting Business Performance:
Analyze Data: Dive into talabats performance metrics identifying key trends anomalies and areas for improvement.
Prepare Reports: Create comprehensive and insightful reports for senior management highlighting key drivers of change and actionable insights.
Communicate Findings: Present findings in a clear and concise manner often translating complex data into understandable recommendations for decisionmakers.
Conducting Analytical Deep Dives:
CountrySpecific Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of different talabat markets focusing on identifying turnaround opportunities growth and profitability areas.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand and address crossfunctional issues impacting business performance.
Strategy Development: Develop and recommend strategies based on analysis to improve overall performance and achieve business objectives.
Special projects: Launching new products: Develop business use cases with innovative ideas and bring them to life by working on their implementation ensuring they align with strategic goals and add value to the business.
PnL management
Budgeting: Collaborate with local teams to develop talabats yearly budget setting growth and profitability goals.
PnL management: Ensure that budgets are adhered to consistently across the organization and proactively identify and pursue opportunities to exceed financial targets and enhance overall profitability.

Stakeholder Management skilled in engaging and managing diverse stakeholder interests
CrossFunctional Collaboration effective in working with teams across different functions to achieve common goals
Experience with financial modelling and PnL analysis strongly preferred
Experience using SQL BigQuery Looker Tableau strongly preferred
