About the Role:
This is an entry level sales and inventory management role. The main role of the Executive Food Marketplace Operations is to mange inventory overesee daily operation and sales partnerships for Cake and Dark Stores that bring desired results both in terms of growth as well as business performance.
Job Responsibilities:
To monitor the sales operations for promoting products and accountable for achieving business goals .
To work closely with different teams (bakery dark stores ecom partners accounts) to provide update on marketplace sales & operations.
To manage online merchandise presentation on the Website and execute effective position of productsbased season on sale inventory newness and trends.
To analyse and report online performance and results related to promotions and campaigns.
Keep eye on the fastmoving slowmoving and stock movement in the stores and taking required actions to increase profitability by avoding stock out or excess on hand stock situation.
To keep track of new promotional and advertising campaigns by competitors to gauge demand.
To maintain records to provide transparency on all sales and inventory related activities.
To improve customer delivery performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Education level minimum Bachelor s Degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft office Excel and similar software tools.
Handson experience(Min. 1 year) in managing and maintaining food/gifting ecommerce websites/portals.
Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in ecommerce sales and operations.
Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct
Excellent communication (English) and collaboration skills. Analytical and multitasking skills.
