As a Director Business Development you will be a face of our company brand or product including our corporate culture mission and values.
The right candidate should be able to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and developing strong relationships with our valued existing partners as well as proposes and develop new partnerships.
The position is high profile with exciting opportunities to drive growth and change.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends technologies and customer needs.
Analyze market data and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans for growth.
Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling networking and industry events.
Qualify leads based on business needs budget and decisionmaking authority.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers suppliers distributor partners and vendors by understanding their business challenges and objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor by providing smart solutions and services that meet their needs and add value to their business.
Evaluate new partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and
changing what doesnt.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
Customize proposals to address client requirements and showcase the benefits of our products and smart solutions.
Identifies and recommends new services.
Negotiate terms pricing and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams including ICT solution architects technical experts and project managers to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Direct and collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Conducts webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.
Forecast sales projections track performance against targets and report on sales metrics and KPIs.
Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales pipeline market trends and competitive landscape.
Builds crossfunctional team to guide and nourish sustainable longterm growth.
Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.
Helps direct development of customerfacing web platforms and digital experiences.
