Director of Business Development / Executive Leadership Team (Engineering Services) - Energy Transition We are partnered with a leading engineering service and project delivery firm seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced Director of Business Development to join their Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as they grow into North America’s leading decarbonization project delivery company. Project types include: RNG, Carbon Capture, Pipelines, Gas Flare Reduction, Hydrogen, Co-Gen, WTE, and more. Based in Canada, this individual will be responsible for leading and managing sales efforts, with the primary goal of achieving annual targets and driving company growth across applicable and new opportunities in the dynamic energy transition space. The Director of Business Development will work closely with the dedicated sales team, project managers, project engineers, and project directors to ensure the successful sales of leading engineering and design services for applicable project types in both Canada and the United States.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of BD will work closely with the Executive Leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive overall business goals.
