الوصف الوظيفي

Our client is looking for a detailoriented Admin Officer (Tagalog speaker) with strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor to manage administrative tasks while serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities as you will support various departments coordinate with clients and ensure efficient office operations.


Responsibilities:

Serve as the main contact point for clients addressing inquiries scheduling appointments and maintaining positive client relationships.
Respond promptly to client emails calls and requests ensuring a high level of customer service.
Handle client onboarding including setting up initial meetings and ensuring they receive all necessary information.
Manage daytoday office operations including maintaining office supplies organizing files and handling correspondence.
Coordinate meetings and events including preparing agendas scheduling and arranging meetings logistics.
Process and maintain records invoices and other documentation.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively ensuring timely completion and high accuracy.
Assist with project coordination across departments tracking progress and reporting on deadlines.
Monitor office expenses and assist with budgeting.
Maintain organized records of client interactions tasks and communications.
Prepare regular reports on administrative activities and provide updates to management.
Collaborate with team members to support office initiatives and improve client service practices.
Assist with onboarding of new employees preparing office setup and ensuring a welcoming environment.


Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role with a background in office administration and clientfacing support.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a clientfocused approach.
Strong multitasking abilities with an ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and office management tools.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs Presentation Spreadsheets)
