Were on the lookout for a Head Bartender to shake things up as part of our team. Youll be a key player in crafting our awesome beverage lineup and making our place a total hit. Your leadership creativity behind the bar and drive to excellence are what make our guests keep coming back for more.
What youll do
- Provide clear guidance and direction to the bar team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Lead by example in crafting innovative and highquality cocktails that align with our brand and what our customers love.
- Train bartenders on our unique recipes mixing techniques and presentation standards to ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation.
- Team up with management to develop and update the cocktail menu ensuring it reflects our brand identity and current beverage trends.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to make sure our drinks and food are a match made in heaven.
- Conduct regular inspections of the bar area and equipment to ensure everythings running smoothly.
- Oversee cash handling procedures register reconciliation keeping our records spot on.
Qualifications :
What were looking for
- Previous experience as Head Bartender with strong spirits knowledge.
- A natural people person youre confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests.
- Youre looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here.
- Your humble and open to ideas. We leave our egos at the door and help get it done.
- Youre up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once.
- You want to be part of something bigger and have fun along the way.
