We are Hiring Sales Manager
Location: Dubai UAE
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: AED 15K

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales revenue
- Coach and mentor sales team members to improve sales skills and performance
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
