Position : Mattress.Foam International Export Manager Market Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced International Export Manager to join our team and drive our growth in the global market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing international sales and distribution channels with a focus on the mattress industry. This is a fulltime position with a competitive salary and an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an international sales strategy in line with the companys overall goals and objectives
- Identify and elish relationships with potential distributors retailers and other key partners in target markets
- Manage and support existing international accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and ysis to identify potential growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and terms with international partners ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies
- Plan and execute international trade shows and events to showcase our products and expand our network
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and supply chain to ensure a seamless international sales process
- Monitor and report on international sales performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on international regulations and compliance requirements to ensure smooth operations and avoid any legal issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in international sales preferably in the mattress or bedding FOAM industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing international sales and distribution channels
- Strong negotiation and communication ss with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international partners
- Excellent ytical and problemsolving abilities with a strategic mindset
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus
