Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will be proactive in seeking out new business opportunities through client referrals networking and lead generation and will excel in presenting tailored solutions to clients while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identify & evaluate new business opportunities through networking events market research and referrals
- Develop New business development plans to achieve companys growth objectives
- Work closely with cross functional teams to drive business development initiatives
- Track and analyse KPIs use data driven insights to define strategies and improve sales performance
- Promote the companys brand and expand its presence in key markets
- Deliver presentation proposals and sales pitches to key stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2 Years experience in business development / sales in software sales (ideally)
- Experience in managing high value client relationships and closing significant deals is essential
- Degree in Marketing or Business administration
- Valid UAE driving license required; Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and client meetings
- Proficiency in CRM tools Salesforce; Hubspot and MS Office
- Articulate communicator with the ability to build longlasting relationships with clients easily excellent communication skills in English essential
