As digital payments evolve in the Middle East (MENA) organizations are going through digital transformation and looking for simpler safer and affordable ways to process payments coupled with a change in consumer behavior in favor of paying for products and services online. Amazon Payments is at the forefront of innovation reimagining payments in the MENA region. At Amazon we have a long history of providing innovative solutions for our customers. We build trusted simple and affordable payment experiences for our customers and solve for challenges such as increasing electronic payment coverage increasing purchasing power at checkout mitigating transactional risks and offer payment insights.

The MENA Payments Team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to build and scale Payment Products for Amazon in MENA. You will be responsible for developing the Instant Bank Discount products to improve the payments experience of new and existing Amazon customers as they navigate through their purchase experience. You will ensure that Amazon delivers a consistent and low friction purchase and card discount experience across all businesses removing bottlenecks to drive growth. The role will also be responsible improve the current Instant Bank Discount customer experience platform constructs customer value proposition and business partner value proposition. You will need to dive deep into customer metrics competitive bench marking technical improvements better customer experience and other relevant data to inform your product strategy. This role will collaborate with internal customers to build business cases to advocate for new payments experiences define product design and requirements own the roadmap for the charter and provide regular business updates. You will ground your approach on analytics collaborating with our Product Managers Technical Teams Payments Operations Legal Public Policy Finance and Data Scientists to drive the best experience for Amazon MENA customers. You will also work with external banking stakeholders to as needed. You will also be responsible of scaling Instant Bank Discounts to existing locales in MENA and launch is newer locales of Turkey and South Africa.

This position involves regular communication with senior leadership on product design and feasibility business case improvement areas project and operational risks. Crossteam coordination project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will also have superior analytical abilities a track record of finding practical simple and creative solutions to complicated problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality and stellar business writing skills. You should be comfortable working both at a strategic level and diving deep into the details to ensure solution feasibility and quality of . You will ensure that Amazons products meet and exceed the highest standards in experience cost engagement security and technical precision. You will help chart the course of creating new products and services that solve real problems for both internal and our customers.

The position is based in Dubai United Arab Emirates.

Key job responsibilities
Productstrategy /direction: Continually assess the needs of customers market trends competitive opportunities and threats in defining and evolving the productstrategy for digitization. Define both long term strategy and shortterm plans to achieve the productvision and deliver business results.

RoadmapPlanning: Ensure consistent of productlifecycle processes from concept to launch. Provide valuebased prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI and marketdriven alignment. Deliver worldclass innovation in features usability and product performance in consistent cadence of releases. Manage a crossfunctional process for prioritizing delivering and launching major product releases.

RequirementsDefinition: Develop comprehensive product plans incorporating market requirements define the competitive arena and establish the objectives strategies and actions required to achieve business goals. Produce high quality requirements documents and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget. Write user stories to communicate customer needs in an agile development environment.

ProductRollout: Work with teams to create and execute gotomarket plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities.
