Job Description:
Marketing Specialist
Dubai UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Marketing Specialist to join our team!
What Youll Be Doing:
Participate in the formation and of the marketing strategy and marketing plan.
Assist with daytoday marketing and communication activities including both internal and external communication such as social media campaigns speaking engagements presentations exhibitions and recruitment marketing activities.
Gather and organizes information from multiple sources coordinates priorities with the manager transmits information to the appropriate support group for review word processing or graphics design work.
Manage deliverable schedules and immediately notifies the manager of potential delays.
Participate in resource planning to enable the marketing group to meet all production milestones.
Manage the production of marketing and promotional materials including brochures videos merchandise etc.
Will be accountable for accuracy of marketing and PR information.
Copywrite for marketing campaigns such as emails and social media posts.
Monitor and reports on all marketing and PR campaigns to measure reach and success.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Report directly to the Marketing Manager MEA.
What Required Skills Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree; ideally in marketing public relations or communication.
At least 5 years of experience in a related field preferably in B2B marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and oral communication and exceptionally strong business English.
Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong interpersonal skills and general office practice skills.
Creative approach to communication and brand awareness.
Knowledge of MS Office products.
