Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Marketing Specialist to join our team!

What Youll Be Doing:

• Participate in the formation and of the marketing strategy and marketing plan.

• Assist with daytoday marketing and communication activities including both internal and external communication such as social media campaigns speaking engagements presentations exhibitions and recruitment marketing activities.

• Gather and organizes information from multiple sources coordinates priorities with the manager transmits information to the appropriate support group for review word processing or graphics design work.

• Manage deliverable schedules and immediately notifies the manager of potential delays.

• Participate in resource planning to enable the marketing group to meet all production milestones.

• Manage the production of marketing and promotional materials including brochures videos merchandise etc.

• Will be accountable for accuracy of marketing and PR information.

• Copywrite for marketing campaigns such as emails and social media posts.

• Monitor and reports on all marketing and PR campaigns to measure reach and success.

• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

• Report directly to the Marketing Manager MEA.

What Required Skills Youll Bring:

• Bachelors degree; ideally in marketing public relations or communication.

• At least 5 years of experience in a related field preferably in B2B marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns.

• Excellent written and oral communication and exceptionally strong business English.

• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

• Strong interpersonal skills and general office practice skills.

• Creative approach to communication and brand awareness.

• Knowledge of MS Office products.
