We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager (Arabic Speaker) to manage corporate and government clients in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing client relationships and projects writing and pitching news stories and evaluating campaign impacts. Strong Arabic communication skills both written and spoken are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service:
Manage project delivery efficiently ensuring deadlines are met in alignment with client objectives and performance indicators.
Handle multiple client accounts and assignments collaborating closely with agency colleagues.
Provide reliable advice and counsel to clients coordinating with internal teams where necessary.
Address client requests on an adhoc basis and support clientrelated media activities and events.
Strategy:
Develop a deep understanding of client businesses monitor news and industry events and advise clients on communications opportunities and challenges.
Draft comprehensive communications plans addressing key business and communications priorities.
Media Relations:
Distribute press releases and conduct followup calls with target media.
Cultivate strong relationships with toptier media outlets successfully pitching client stories to the press.
Conduct media audits and research as required.
Content Creation:
Write highquality content in Arabic to ensure timely client approval.
Review and provide feedback on translated content to maintain high standards of communication.
Reporting:
Assist in compiling monthly coverage and announcementrelated reports for clients.
Prepare and manage meeting minutes workinprogress reports and other project documentation as needed.
Collaboration & People Management:
Foster strong communication and collaboration with different team members within the agency ensuring alignment on client projects.
Work closely with agency colleagues to deliver highquality integrated client services.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Manager Senior Account Executive or similar role within the public relations or communications with a focus on corporate or government clients.
Exceptional Arabic writing and content review skills.
Experience working with corporate and government clients in the GCC region.
Familiarity with the media landscape in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Strong media relations skills with a track record of successfully pitching stories.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
