الوصف الوظيفي

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for generating sales through telephone communication building strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in driving the companys sales targets by reaching out to potential customers promoting products or services and closing deals.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Present and explain product features benefits and pricing to customers.
  • Answer questions and handle objections in a professional manner.
  • Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Keep accurate records of calls sales and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet company objectives.
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and market trends.





Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Previous experience in telesales customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
  • Sales Ability: Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Customer Focus: A customercentric approach with the ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
  • GoalOriented: Motivated to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Technology Proficient: Comfortable using CRM software and telecommunication systems.
  • ProblemSolving: Ability to think quickly and offer appropriate solutions during customer interactions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment.
