We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities building strong relationships with key stakeholders and expanding our market presence in the nonwoven fabric industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry and a strategic mindset to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in target markets including hygiene medical industrial and construction sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase market share and achieve sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients industry partners and stakeholders to drive longterm business growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align offerings with market demand and client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and negotiations to secure new business deals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management on progress challenges and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking activities to promote our brand and products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales preferably within the nonwoven fabric or related industry.
- Strong understanding of nonwoven fabric applications in hygiene medical industrial and construction sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
