Our client is a leading real estate company in Dubai are looking to hire an Accountant :
An experienced accountant knowledgeable and with practical experience in procurement and Accounts payable Cashbooks General ledger accounts maintenance inventory management and taxation. Capable of working independently with minimum supervision
What will you do
- Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and costeffective
- Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations goods sold on consignment
- Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements
- Receive inventory in the accounting system and generate suppliers Invoices in multicurrencies
- Maintain effective inventory for the company by running item forecasts based on current stock holding
- Initiate Creditors payments and share payment and allocation details with Creditors including drafting bank STLs
What are we looking for
- Bachelor in Accounting/Commerce/Business Studies degree majoring in Accounting or Applied Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience in a distribution or trading organization
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using accounting software used in real estate sector
- Tagalog speaking candidates preferred
