JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and manage detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to integrate various elements into the BIM model and resolve design conflicts.
- Develop and maintain design documentation including drawings schedules and reports.
- Perform analyses and simulations using the BIM model to assess building performance energy efficiency and other factors.
- Use BIM software (e.g. Revit Navisworks) to create modify and manage models and stay updated with new tools and techniques.
- Ensure the BIM model complies with project standards codes and regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and software.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
- Must have worked in any design consulting companies in the GCC ideally in UAE.
- Experience with BIM software (e.g. Revit Navisworks) and a strong portfolio of BIM projects.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling drafting and visualization.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in model creation and documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to the BIM model and design integration.
- Understanding of architectural design principles building codes and construction practices.
