Real Estate Agent

Key Responsibilities:Assist clients in buying selling and renting residential and commercial properties.Provide expert advice and market analysis to clients regarding property values market conditions and investment opportunities.Develop and maintain a strong network of clients property owners and industry professionals.Conduct property viewings open houses and market assessments.Prepare and present property listings promotional materials and market reports.Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws regulations and company policies.Stay updated on market trends property values and competitive landscape in Dubai.Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties and enhance visibility.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business or a related field is preferred.Valid Real Estate License in Dubai (or the ability to obtain one).Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role.Indepth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current trends.Strong negotiation and sales skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in luxury real estate or commercial properties.Established network of clients and industry contacts in Dubai.Proven track record of successful property transactions.What We Offer:Competitive salary with commissionbased incentives.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Access to a comprehensive training program and resources.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Health insurance and other employee benefits.How to Apply: Send your Resume/CV to
