Qualifications:
- Must be based in Dubai.
- Must have sales experience, with a preference for Tele Sales or Real Estate
- Must be confident in sales and meeting with leaders face to face.
- Must have a bubbly and upbeat personality, demonstrating positivity and energy.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
Overview:
First 3 Months (Training Phase):
- Engage in an intensive training program with Learning & Development (L&D) sessions.
- Shadow experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals to gain practical insights into the recruitment process.
- Actively participate in the recruitment process, with the opportunity to earn commissions during this phase.
Next 3 Months (Business Development Phase):
- Focus on business development activities, including client acquisition and relationship building.
- Work towards achieving targets and objectives.
- Continue earning commissions based on successful client engagements.
- Begin the transition into a sales recruitment consultant role.
Post-Probation (Sales Recruitment Consultant):
- Assume the role of a Sales Recruitment Consultant after successfully completing the probationary period.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
- Earn with zero commission thresholds!
