We seek a dynamic and experienced Forex Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Forex trading a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of market trends. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our Forex trading services and expanding our client base.

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base in the Forex and stock market segments.

Identify and prospect potential clients including retail traders institutional investors and corporate entities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and regulatory changes.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.

Drive sales growth by effectively pitching products and services negotiating terms and closing deals.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Stay abreast of market developments and provide insights to clients regarding investment opportunities and risk management strategies.

Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or related field.

Proven track record in business development preferably in the Forex and/or stock market industry.

Strong understanding of financial markets trading instruments and investment products.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and formulate effective strategies.

Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
