Job Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth within the cryptocurrency market. They will be tasked with establishing relationships with potential clients and partners strategizing market penetration plans and ultimately driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain markets.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players including exchanges wallets and payment processors.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand the company s offerings and to develop compelling propositions for potential partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring partners satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and industry developments.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to network and build company presence.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports and provide feedback to the management team on market trends.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Understand and comply with regulatory requirements affecting the cryptocurrency industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or a related field preferably within the FinTech or cryptocurrency industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
- Strong understanding of the blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proactive driven and able to work autonomously.
- A network of industry contacts is highly desirable.
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field is preferred.
