Freight Forwarding Sales Persons
We are looking for an experienced and resultsdriven freight forwarding sales person to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for selling our companys logistics solutions to new and existing customers as well as maintaining and developing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Seek and follow up on sales leads through coldcalling networking referrals and online platforms
- Schedule and perform customer meetings (physical and online) to present our services and negotiate contracts
- Act as a liaison between customer service and operations to enhance the overall customer experience
- Research and analyze competitive and industry trends to identify new opportunities and potential customers
- Manage and update customer information and sales activities using a CRM system
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing logistics or related field
- Minimum 2 years in Dubai of experience in freight forwarding logistics or transportation sales
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes documents and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
- Valid UAE drivers license
