Our client a prominent automotive company based in Dubai is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will be proactive organized and capable of handling a wide range of administrative duties with utmost professionalism and confidentiality. Your duties and responsibilities would include but not limited to:


  • Provide highlevel administrative support to the Chairman managing calendars appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings conferences and corporate events including logistics agendas and minutes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Prepare correspondence presentations and reports as required.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
  • Manage expense reports and reimbursements efficiently.
  • Maintain office efficiency by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
  • Handle adhoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

To be considered you need to meet the following requirements:

  • 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role preferably supporting Clevel executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a related field is a plus.
